Individual Package: To ensure your Protector product is adequately protected during transit, Chase Hunter Hub will package and ship the Protector in your order separately.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be charged at checkout. Specific prices vary based on quantity and weight.

Pre-Order Option: If a bulk order of Protectors is purchased through Pre-Order, a flat rate of $15 will be charged to cover shipping and other costs, and no additional shipping charges will be requested. It is expected to take 35 to 45 days for shipping.

    • Fragile Material: The plastic components of this product are fragile and may incur minor damage during transportation.
    • Protection Use Only: This product is intended solely for protection purposes. We are not responsible for any minor imperfections that do not affect its usability
    • We are committed to providing you with top-quality service, so your Protector product will be shipped using Australia Post

    • No Free Shipping: Due to the size and weight of the Protectore product, it is not eligible for free shipping or other promotional shipping discounts.(Maybe the protector will be shipped separately)
    • Damage Handling:If any damage to the Protectore product is identified before shipping, we will communicate with you via email to find the best solution. Damaged items sold as-is will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
