CHH Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

Below are the details and terms of our Gift Card policy:

1. Issuance and Redemption:

  • CHH Gift Cards are issued exclusively by Chase Hunter Hub and can only be used for purchases on our website chasehunterhub.com.
  • Gift Cards are issued via email and contain a unique code that must be entered at checkout for redemption.
  • CHH Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

2. Validity and Expiration

  • Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  • Any remaining balance on the Gift Card after the expiration date will be forfeited.

3. Balance and Usage

  • The total value of the purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be deducted from the Gift Card balance.
  • If the purchase exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
  • Any unused balance on the Gift Card will remain available for future purchases until the card expires.

4. Non-transferability

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and should only be used by the individual to whom they were issued.
  • Chase Hunter Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Treat your Gift Card code like cash.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Purchases made with Gift Cards are subject to our standard return and cancellation policies.
  • If an order purchased with a Gift Card is canceled, the refund will be issued back to the Gift Card.

6. Special Conditions

  • CHH Gift Cards are not for sale and are primarily issued as refunds for canceled orders.
