    • The condition of loose cars and display cars is as shown in the provided images.

    • If you cannot accept the condition shown, please do not place an order. These items are not eligible for refunds for any reason.

  • Sale items

    • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
    • Some damaged items will sold as sale and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged Items before Shipping

    • If we identify any damage to items before shipping and are unable to find an item in good condition, we will communicate with you via email to determine the best solution.

  • Damages During Shipping


    • Chase Hunter Hub is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping. Please contact AU Post for compensation regarding any damage incurred during transit.

  • Incorrect Items
