Cancellation
At Chase Hunter Hub, we accept order cancellations, but a cancellation fee applies.
Therefore, we kindly ask our customers to confirm their purchases before placing an order.

In-store Items
- For in-store item orders, if you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
- However, we do not want our customers to suffer a loss, so we are happy to offer the option to convert the full amount into CHH Gift Cards (see more details in CHH Gift Cards page) for future use by the customer.

Pre-orders
For all the pre-order items, full payment is required.
The cancellation policies for different categories of pre-order items are as follows:
- Pre-order items & Accessories (including but not limited to Protectors, Display cases, etc.): No cancellations for any reason due to their unique nature.
- MINI GT and Inno 64: Due to the long pre-order period, we offer a special cancellation policy. No refunds are available, but the full amount can be converted into CHH Gift Card.
