We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing times may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free Standard Shipping for orders over 150 AUD.

Express Shipping

For those who need their items more urgently, we offer Express Shipping starting at 20 AUD.

 

Estimated delivery times

Standard Shipping (AU Post):
  - Metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days
  - Western Australia, regional, and remote areas: up to 7 business days
Express Shipping (AU Post):
  - Metropolitan areas: 1-3 business days
  - Western Australia, regional, and remote areas: up to 7 business days

Please be aware that occasional delivery delays can occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can monitor your delivery.
